Play Lab: Water Binds Us
Saturday 17 February, 2-4pm – FREE
Join Chahine Fellahi for an immersive art and play session delving into the magical and transformative nature of water. Playing with projection, movement and mark-making, participants will be invited to make and project their own mesmerising waterscapes onto the walls at the Mosaic Rooms.
Play Lab: Water Binds Us is a three-month intervention at The Mosaic Rooms, transforming one of the gallery spaces into a sensory play space for children and their accompanying grown-ups. Following this first workshop, the space will be opened at the weekends for continued exploration and self-led play. RSVP here.
Family Fridays
Every Friday, 11-3 – FREE
Join Family Fridays from 11am – 3pm every Friday – an open and welcoming space where children can explore our wonderful new collection of sensory objects. Tea and coffee available for grown-ups.
Play Area
Tues – Sun 11-6 – FREE
You can visit anytime to play and explore with creative materials and sensory play activities. You can also attend one of our family workshops which are delivered by professional artists and play specialists.
Sensing our Way: A new commission for sensory-led family play by The Mosaic Rooms

The Mosaic Rooms are excited to present a new commission by Sarah Marsh to make a new series of objects and interventions which activate The Mosaic Rooms and create a space for sensory-led, interactive, child-led play.

STORYTELLING WITH ELIAS MATAR
Elias Matar is a Palestinian play specialist, drama therapist, workshop facilitator, performer and founder of the El Bayet Centre for Performing Arts & Drama Therapy. Elias holds an MA in Drama and Movement Therapy from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London.
